Course Notes
Harbour Town is one of the most precise tests on the PGA Tour. With the second-smallest greens in the field (3,700 sq ft vs. tour average 5,944), water in play on every hole, and tight tree-lined fairways, Pete Dye's 1969 design rewards driving accuracy and shotmaking over raw distance. Bombers gain little advantage here — the course favors precision drivers, elite iron players, and golfers with strong course history.
